The City of Stonnington is looking for an outstanding administration professional to provide WorkCover and Return to Work administrative duties and assistance in the management of all claims for the Safety & Prevention team. This position will be backfilling a maternity leave vacancy and is the perfect opportunity to develop and enhance your administrative skills.

Being part of the Safety & Prevention team, you will be responsible for supporting the team with the coordination of return to work initiatives and undertake regular data entry of claims, accidents, weekly salary and medical certificate details of WorkCover recipients. This role is integral for reporting on statistical data and trends occurring within the organisation regarding workplace injuries.

As the successful applicant you will have demonstrated experience in an administrative role, strong Microsoft Office suite knowledge and the ability to handle personal and sensitive information in a confidential manner. Additionally, experience in WorkCover, Return to Work and/or Occupational Health and Safety and experience using Aurion and Technology One or similar systems is highly desirable.
