The City of Stonnington takes in the suburbs of Armadale, Glen Iris, Kooyong, Malvern, Malvern East, Prahran, South Yarra, Toorak and Windsor with a resident population of almost 120,000. The service provided to our residents, visitors, businesses and community is our top priority.

For this reason, Council has developed a new Customer Experience (CX) Strategy to support every division and person at the City of Stonnington to be more customer-focused and deliver exceptional services to our community. We want to consider people’s unique needs and expectations, and think about how people separately engage with our services. By doing this successfully, we’ll provide even better services to the community.

The Customer Experience portfolio is a brand new initiative and department. This newly created position of Change Management Advisor is crucial in setting the organisation up for change and the roll out of a new CX Strategy and program.

We’re looking for a motivated professional with an outstanding track record of working collaboratively and gaining stakeholder buy in and engagement. Additionally you’ll need demonstrated change management experience, ideally within customer experience portfolio with the proven ability to develop and implement effective change management frameworks and methodology. A tertiary qualification in communications, customer engagement, learning or development, Human Resources or a related discipline and training in presentation skills, facilitation or a related area is highly desirable.

This position is part time for 12 months, working 22.8 hours per week with flexibility for days worked.
