The City of Stonnington is seeking a casual Centre Based Meals Officer to join our Diversity and Aged Services Department, working within multiple community centres throughout Stonnington.

In this position you’ll work as a member of the Centre Based Meals team in the provision of high quality meals services to clients at Council’s various Community Centres. This will include preparing and serving the centre based meals program between 11.00am and 2.00pm, maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen, setting up/preparing/cleaning the dining room and plating and presenting meals for the centre based meal clients.

For this vital community based position, we are looking for a friendly person experienced in working with the elderly and people including those with limited cognitive and physical abilities. Additionally, you’ll need a current Food Handlers Certificate Level 1, First Aid Level 2 certificate and CPR certificate.
