The City of Stonnington is seeking multiple Front of House Officers for our Chapel Off Chapel venue on a casual basis, primarily evenings and weekends. This is an excellent opportunity to diversify your customer service experience working with a variety of stakeholders in one of Melbourne’s most iconic Arts and Culture venues.

As a Front of House Officer you will contribute to Chapel Off Chapel’s high standard of service excellence and well established brand. You will achieve this by serving customers in the Box Office and Bar, handling all manner of ticket sales and maintaining a high level of presentation and cleanliness of the foyer and courtyard areas.

As the successful applicant you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be reliable, punctual, well-presented and hold a current RSA certification. Additionally, you will be able to work well under pressure and have previous hospitality experience, preferably in a fast paced bar environment.
