City of Stonnington’s Business Systems & Technology Department is focused on a number of upcoming and exciting projects. With a focus on innovation, team collaboration and improving the IT services offered at Council, this position of Business Systems & Database Administrator is an excellent opportunity to further progress your career in a stimulating environment.

As Business Systems & Database Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of Council's systems including:
- Supporting, maintaining and developing Council's core business systems (principally, but not limited to, Technology One’s Property & Rating system);
- Providing database administration and support skills throughout the software lifecycle for Stonnington’s corporate IT systems;
- Contributing to the development and achievement of Departmental and Organisational goals.

Additionally, you will work closely with business units across Council to provide systems enhancements to meet key business objectives.

The successful applicant will possess specialist knowledge and experience with Technology One Property & Rating system and extensive database management and SQL skills in order to ensure the effective operation and development of the organisations corporate databases. Additionally, you will have extensive experience in undertaking business analysis activities such a consultation, process mapping, costing, project management and documentation development.
