If you are passionate about the accurate and precise management of records and archives then we have a fantastic permanent full time opportunity for you! As part of our Corporate Information Unit, you will contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of services to Council and be encouraged to achieve your best in a collaborative environment.

As a Corporate Information Officer, your role will be integral to the vital records and information management service provided to Council. You’ll be responsible for processing, classifying and registering incoming correspondence, performing archival and storage retrieval services and document and file management services for hardcopy and electronic records. This is a great opportunity for someone who is seeking to further advance their skills in administration and record management.

To be successful in this role you will have experience in records management, a current driver’s licence and be a quick learner with computer systems. Additionally you will have demonstrated time management and organisation skills, excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality at all times.
